“From check-in to check-out our stay at Glen Eyrie was impeccable. All of the staff persons were warm, friendly, and very helpful. The entire property was all perfectly manicured and clean. Couldn’t have expected a more perfect experience.”

“Dog friendly, which was very helpful and there’s a large field behind the hotel to take your dog. It’s perfect. Anyone that leaves a negative complaint is just crying. This is an amazing hotel for what the price is. You guys have to understand this is the cheapest hotel that pops up in the Springs and I have to say it’s very good for what the price is only negative I will say is there is nothing for breakfast. I stayed for 5 nights and had no issues.”

“Lorri was great. Bed was lousy. Had to use the power button to turn the tv on but couldn’t watch anything because whatever the channels come in on wouldn’t power on. Noticed something stuck on the sheets after falling fast asleep after driving 12 hours. House cleaning extremely questionable after I found the prior occupants printed receipt with their name and last 4 of the credit card used on the dresser. I informed whoever worked the morning shift (not Lorri) and their reply was that it……

“Everything was great for my sister and I, but our mom is old and handicapped. The handicapped room was so far away from the dining area she couldn't walk it. She was able to eat in the room but I feel like the handicapped rooms could be closer to the lobby and elevator.”

“Hot water was not hot and took a very long time to get warm and our door (room 206) was so squeaky loud-needs some WD-40. Otherwise I would have given everything five stars!”

“The view is beautiful and right off the highway. Lots of stores and restaurants not far from the location. Upon check in the front desk clerk was very helpful and she was able to accommodate us with an early check in. After driving 8 hours it was such a relief. The halls were very warm but extremely clean. The room was spotless. I paid extra for the breakfast and was informed the extra amount would be for the continental breakfast which I was ok with. The next morning we decided to go off……

“Check in was fast and the staff was friendly. Loved that hey had Dove products in the shower and bathroom sink. Beds were really comfortable as well. Pool and jacuzzi were great! not too cold and kids enjoyed it, and its open until 11pm. Would stay here again, main reason for choosing this hotel was that it was newer and close to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Wal-Mart and food such as Old Chicago.”
