“We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some……

The hotel is surrounded by outlet malls and supermarkets . Universal Studios, Disney and the airport are all within a 20-minute drive. It's very convenient. “No kettle provided which I think is important. I don’t understand why no show curtain. Toilet flooded every night after shower like a mess. Room service didn’t wash my dishes! Room is clean though.”

“It is a very nice property, nice rooms and a there a relatively clean. For it being a small space, it is still very nice. Only thing is the pictures found on here where you see the room is deceiving because when I entered the room it was much more smaller than what the pictures showed but over all would rate it a 9/10 stay! ”
