Only the strong can survive

The hotel needs to be renovated, the pool has been out of service for weeksI was told the water in the pool was moss green, the tv didn't work as well. This is truly a place to rest your head and sleep then off to do something throughout the day. There is nothing to do at the hotel. Although the food is great at the bar, but the bar is open only till 7pm

The pool was dirty but the rooms were okay with ac. The ac was great. There is nothing to do really around so it is not complete the hotels faults for the deterioration on their premises. Not the best best to be or travel to

Nasty Nasty Nasty.. staff cluess. Not certain who check us in maybe the cook, bartender or the babysitter holding a child . No tv .No hot/bottle water . No WiFi .. no shower head on shower ?? (Make no difference couldn’t take a shower) Bedbugs ?? Unfortunately I Can’t prove this since I didn’t do a good check for them when I cover the bed with the disposable sheets like I always do .was to exhausted.. however the bites on my body tell a different story. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a dog and they were plenty on the property.. thank God it was 1 nite only layoff for a funeral .. You need to take his property off your website bad for business seriously. Unsanitary conditions..

Check-in is noon . I arrived around 4:30pm. The original hotel was horrible falling apart. Look like a scene from a horror movie. I went to the front desk the doors where lock and the lights where off. I when to the back looking for staff or someone. The place was empty. Look like a ghost town. Dogs walking around was the only life i saw there. I called the number and got a voice mail. I stayed there until 5:15pm. Kept calling and kept getting the voice mail. I needed a place to stay that night. I ended up booking a room at Port of Call. Called Waterloo again voice-mail. 8pm called again no return just the same voice-mail same message. I never was able to check in. I tried to cancel online and it was too late. I should get a refund. They called me the next day and hang up when i answered. I will call my bank Monday when i get back to the States. I will demand a refund. I will never recommend this hotel to my worse enemy. So unprofessional.

Al ver la cantidad de moho en el techo, mis clientes decidieron no hospedarse allí. Tuvimos que buscar una alternativa a cargo mío. La ubicación es buena; pero hace mucha falta la limpieza. Además el edificio antiguo al frente no contribuye en nada a una imagen acogedora.
