In an great spot, close to everything, really nice clean fresh hotel, decent games room, big bar area and restaurant, owners went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. reccommend you stay here, nice chippy at the end of the street, shops and a nice cafe at the other end. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The staff who helped us check-in were amazing, however we were getting ready to check out for 10:30am, it was 10:14am, one of the staff members walked in on us getting ready, the hotel overall was clean and tidy, the beds on the otherside had stains on and had bits all in the bed before we got under the duvet. Overall, had a great stay. My only issue was the parking they had a back parking lot for three cars, but I do believe they had lots more parking in different areas. However, the parking spot that I had to park in was very tight for a SUV. Nice and friendly front staff both coming in and leaving.
Coffee station desk and TV all basic but very nice.
The bed was nicely made. I forgot to take pictures before check-in. I did them on checkout.
Very clean.

A friendly welcome. The room was fine and comfortable. My only quibble is that the hotel was so warm! We had to have the windows open as the radiators were super hot. I was glad it was autumn and not the heat of summer. Other than that the hotel was clean, lovely staff, good parking and an excellent location. Would recommend for a short family stay.

Internet access was rubbish lots of fast food places but not many nice places The hotel doesn't offer any kind of entertainment or food We booked for bed and breakfast for 6 of us on arrival was informed they don't do breakfast. Arrived at the hotel to find that is was permanently closed. The manager said that she had made Hotels.com aware, something that Hotels.com said was not true. We would have been left on the street with no accommodation but Hotels.com took ownership and sorted us with an alternative hotel. Hotels.com were wonderful, the Ashley Victoria Hotel, absolutely shocking.

This was only an overnight stay so I didn’t have a chance to have a look round. Reason for choosing this hotel was that it was less than a 10 minute walk to the football ground. This was an out of season visit. The room was comfortable and clean. The room was ok in size and had the basic amenities tea coffee kettle to etc. I would use again.

Support was so lacking that the owners decided to cancel all the bookings 5 days before we arrived without bothering to tell their guests. So we turned up on Saturday to be told, sorry, the owners are having an issue so we cancelled your booking.

Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest option - the hotel may well have been fully deserving of it's 8.4 rating but it's difficult to give a rating for a hotel that closed on November 3rd, a week before my booking. Apparantly they were looking forward to seeing me when they e-mailed,the day before I was due and they sent a follow up e-mail the day after my "stay" hoping I'd enjoyed my stay. Unsurprisingly I did not enjoy my stay, nor did I enjoy having to find and pay for somewhere else to stay.

Blackpool hotel

The hotel looks in need of a refurbishment on the outside. Inside is a large converted house. Double rooms are not large but served their purpose as we only needed somewhere to sleep. No bar facilities and the pool table area was a little untidy with children’s toys all over the place. Able to park. Hotel is very close to the seafront. It was a little noisy from neighbouring accommodation and hotel guests. Room was warm but we were given a fan.

The reception of the hotel was good and the host was welcoming. The room itself was average. The bed was comfortable but very creaky everytime you moved. The bedding and pullows were clea but several hairs were present. When looking for the remote control for the tv the drawer with it in also had old orange peel and and empty beer bottle. The bathroom was filthy, hairs on the floor and toilet, stains in the toilet. There was no blind or curtain in the bathroom and the window faced the street and properties opposite. The window would not open. The windowsill in the bedroom was covered in dirt and dust. There was tea and coffee provided but only 2 tea bags and no white sugar.
