The owner was very helpful we needed to stay at another hotel so relocated to coco beach however this was not an issue On arriving at the other hotel we were met with a very rude man who informed us he was not happy we were there taking up a family room and that he would only receive £3 for our booking he then continued to judge us making remarks on that we could have been blocked out of the Expedia site we informed him that it was a mix up on the hotel side he then asked us not to trash the room well the room not sure what he was expecting us to trash the wall light was hanging off the bathroom door was hanging off only 3 pillows for a 5 person room no towels no cups stained carpet more dirt and dust that you could imagine cigarette burns all over. There was another guest who was up all night talking on her phone apart from that it was quiet stay well clear

I can say it is cheating customer simply. I booked a expensive family room for 1 night, but when I reached to hotel they said no rooms available and he said it's mistake from hotels.com website do not to accept bookings. I booked 5 days before and they confirmed by mail and message and charged onspot on booking by online. I booked it because it's it's very near to beach but they took me a different rooms where refurbishing 3-4 rooms which was bad smell, no bathrooms, no drinking water, no WiFi and 2miles away from beach. No other ways for me as heavy rains and we r 2 families with 2 small kids and it's horrible location and very bad smell. Felt very worst and no advise/comments from owner except sorry words. Almost half day has gone with room issues and we not able to enjoy pleasure beach trip.. pls avoid booking this hotel even if they for free as our health is important than anything else. We suffered a lot thought of complaining with consumer complaints. Pls suggest the process. Shown online one place which is near to beach but will accommodate in 2 miles away as they want to run the business. Felt worst .

Double Booked

We did not stay at this hotel as when we went to check in the hotel advised that they were double booked and they had arranged an alternative hotel. When we got to the alternative hotel the rooms were not ready and it was 7.45pm before we finally got into our room.
