Breakfast was very good and the evening meal was an all you can eat buffet for £14.99 good value and the food was lovely.
The room was clean and tidy only issue was the shower was either too hot or cold.

Had only booked for "Room only", but on returning in the evening, found it was the opening night for their new Buffet dining service and was invited to sample free of charge!
Unfortunately having already eaten wasn't up for a full meal but from the small sample I had is highly recommended - wide variety for all tastes and excellent quality.
Staff friendly, attentive and helpful throughout.

The hotel was very easy to locate, with on street free parking outside (a bonus for Blackpool).
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Restaurant looked clean and modern, but we didn't eat there as we had made other arrangements.
Public areas and corridors were clean and well kept and there is a small lift.
Our room on the 2nd floor was very spacious, in fact it was a family room which was actually 2 adjoining bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, with the bonus of 2 bathrooms. Beds were all very comfortable and the linen was clean and fresh.
Sadly, the bathrooms were a let down. There were complimentary toiletries and lots of towels, but the cleanliness of the bathrooms could have been much better. Black curly hairs in the shower are very off putting. Also, although the large window (which faces another building) is frosted, there was no blind.
We enjoyed our stay overall, but a bit more attention to the bathroom is needed.
