All areas of the home and property are open for guests use, except the cleaning closet.

Living Area: The main living room features a large, comfortable sofa and a smart TV, creating a cozy atmosphere for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. This space flows seamlessly into the dining area, situated conveniently beside the kitchen.

Bedrooms: Upstairs, you will find three thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed and an ensuite full bathroom with a shower for added privacy. The second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids or additional guests, with a twin bed and a set of twin bunk beds. A full hallway bathroom with a shower is also located upstairs for convenience.

- The house is located on a quiet street, please be courteous of the neighbors and keep noise levels low. Observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM.
- Do not run air conditioning with doors open.
- At checkout, guests must remove sheets and duvet covers and place with towels in bathroom.
- Ensure all windows and doors are locked when checking out.
- No smoking allowed.
- Fireplaces are not to be used by guests
