"I booked the room for one night. Poor choice trusting the ravishing reviews. My partner and I got to the room and we immediately noticed the room hadn’t been cleaned properly. We saw a baby bottle top of some sort located underneath the sink in the bedroom area. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting! There was hair; both curly and straight on the bathroom floor. It didn’t look like it had been swept or mopped because there was sticky residue on the bathroom floor. There was some kind of brown substance in the bathtub and some debris in the sink. The bedroom floors had crumbs on it. We didn’t even put our things down before I called the front desk. We watched the clerk walk to another room they were going to put us in next. She came to the original room and took pictures of our complaints. Before we moved to the next room my partner went to check it out and that room had not been cleaned either. Although the clerk was apologetic I asked if I would be refunded for the room because it was a major disappointment. Based on the reviews I expected better, though the hotel may have been updated the cleaning service was not. I booked a room next door at the Holiday inn. When my partner asked about the refund the clerk told him I would have to contact Expedia to let a rep know I didn’t stay in the room and then wait for a rep to contact the hotel for confirmation before receiving my refund. The hotel didn’t answer the call, now I have to wait 72 hours until the hotels decision."

"For a highway hotel that is reasonably priced, this was a good choice. Quiet, clean, friendly front desk. "
