“The place was very comfortable and clean. We loved that it was on the first floor. The lock system was a bit confusing but the support team quickly help us straighten it out. You apparently have to have the landing app downloaded and also a lock app downloaded to your phone. We were only there for 2 days so they just gave us another lock code for the second day. We would stay there again. ”

“My family and I selected this property for a traveling minister and his wife to stay overnight. I went in to see the apartment so I could feel assured of the conditions I was leaving them in. Carolyn had everything ready. It was so neat and clean. It was a wonderful little spot and was just like the pictures. “We were visiting our soldier who is stationed at Fort Bragg. Coming from a farm back in Minnesota, this visit was the perfect stay for us. The quiet out of the city environment, the animals were absolutely perfect. The mother-in-law suite was great for us to play games, make our own food, and get the family the escape we needed. "As someone who travels extensively and stays in all types of hotels, from luxury to budget, I found the complete lack of basic professional courtesy from the front desk staff quite surprising. There were no smiles, and basic polite words like "thank you" or "please" were absent. While my expectations for facilities, cleanliness, and Wi-Fi are aligned with the hotel's price and star rating, this fundamental lapse in service was genuinely disappointing and regrettable. This was, frankly, the first time in my very extensive travel history that I've encountered such a consistently cold reception."
