「Nice village put with good parking a nice clean room」

「Visited on Monday 15 June. No staff to check in, just a door bell to security they then let you in to get your key from a key safe inside. No dinner or bar on Monday nights so went to the pub over the road. Double Room petite and bijou but adequate. Left before breakfast so did not speak to any staff during our stay!!!! On our previous visit we did have a very nice breakfast. Recommend it but don’t expect to be pampered, more like an Air B&B at least on a Monday or Tuesday.」

「Loved that my room was in the main house. My room was small but it faced the garden where I could watch birds and squirls. Missed the hedgehogs. My bathroom was a few steps away from the room and it was good. The shower was pretty small. I got in but could not move around so I decided to wash off in sinks. The staff were wonderful to me. The manager told me more about the Manor House and it's age. At one time my family lived there so it was exciting to be able to stay. Breakfast was...

「Everything is ok but the reception is impolite and not helpful at all. No service at all and no one will pick up the phone at the reception. 」

「Badic accommodation. Poor value for money. A pub with rooms. You could smell the fried chips when you opened the door in the car park. The staff were jobs worth and not welcoming. Poorly maintained property which felt grubby. My room had a sash window broken so couldn't open it. Only good thing were the bath towels and good mattress. Pillows awful. Make sure you don't have a room on the front of the hotel as the noise from the road is continous through the night. I would not stay there...
