“Lovely breakfast in a pleasant environment with a friendly chef and waitresses. My room was very clean and airy. The only downside it was above the bar so I could hear the music. The hotel has a lovely aroma as you enter and the ambience enhanced with a beautiful floral display. Sunday lunch at the Blok dining room was delicious. I have enjoyed staying here twice and would not hesitate to return or recommend”

“The reception staff were outstanding. They went to great lengths to ensure our rooms were close to each other. All the staff were really kind and friendly and took great care of us. “All the staff were very friendly and everywhere was clean and tidy. If you were later than 09.00 am for breakfast, the choice was not so good than if you had turned up earlier, that was our feeling. The Saturday evening meal was not totally satisfactory because there was not enough staff and we booked a table at 20.30 but did not eat until 21.45. The server did his best but was over powered with the demands of trying to keep up with the orders. Maybe the kitchen staff were understaffed as……

“The owner is amazing and very helpful! The room was perfect overlooking the beach. The bathroom was big and had the best shower of our trip! It is great that they have a cafe attached as well. My only suggestion is to put a curtain over the storage closet in the hall because the first impression looked cluttered. But we will stay here again if we ever return to beautiful Swansea!”
