“The room and hotel grounds were well maintained. Parking was accessible and secure. Hotel staff at check-in were standoffish did not offer helpful information regarding facility amenities. Although the main casino is smoke free, the smoke from the smokers lounge filters out and permeates the registration area and adjacent hallways. This facility is not freeway.”

“We paid good money to stay here. We asked to have new towels each day - they do not service the room. We had the sign on every day, and we still had to request. Their breakfast is basically what is left over - don't count on it. We were going to head to Seattle a day early, so we didn't have to get up at 4am for a morning flight. Of course, they said we could leave a day early - but no refund of what we had paid because we went through Expedia. So check the price at the hotel directly, and you……

“The rooms are NY style, meaning they are small. But they were perfect for just the two of us, especially because we are shorter. The location was nice and away from things. Since we mainly used it just to sleep, this perfectly met our needs. Nice staff. Rooms were clean. Showers were hot. Each room had its own hot water, which was a nice feature.”

“The heater was very noisy. There were three people in our occupancy. On the second day of our stay, we went to the counter to ask for bath towels, but the counter staff were only willing to give us two copies. If I want three towels, l would need to pay.😠 ”
