Beautiful three bedroom home located in Blanca, CO which offers breathtaking views. The property landscaping is well maintained and spacious.
During your stay you will be conveniently located to all that the San Luis Valley has to offer: Locally owned restaurants, Great Sand Dunes National Park/Hot Springs, Zapata Falls, Alligator Farm, Stations of the Cross, Mt Home and Smith Reservoir, Rio Grande Scenic Railroad, Adams State University, Old Fort Garland Museum and much more.

Smoking is not allowed in the home. Smoking is allowed outside of the home and there will be outdoor ashtrays located by the driveway/patio area.
-Check out is at 11am MST. We charge a fee for late check outs to ensure we have enough staff to prepare the home for the next guest.
Light cleaning appreciated. (Throw out any opened packages of food, bag trash/set in the barrels located in ally, set used towels in laundry room.)

Perfect location for visiting Great Sand Dunes NP

Our family stayed at Archie's Place for 1 night while we visited Great Sand Dunes National Park. Bedroom with bunk beds was great for our teenage boys. Kitchen was decently stocked and beds were comfortable. Great view of mountains from the front porch.

Great house

House had everything you could think of. Kitchen fully stock, every condiment you could think of, pancakes were great, barbeque in back, Wi-Fi, charging cords for all of our different devises. The over supply of towels was really nice. The Rinnai water heater made sure that our group all had hot showers!

Amazing view and well equipped home

This home was cute, clean, and stocked with everything you can think of. Plenty of towels, fixins for a pancake breakfast, phone plug-ins, and more. Amazing view of Mt Blanca right outside your front door and close to the Dunes. Definitely recommend!

Perfect stay for Dunes

Comfortable clean home that was fully stocked with everything you'll need. Very quiet neighborhood with amazing views from all sides. Everything was a pictured or better. Definitely recommended if you are visiting the area. Host was very responsive and accommodating.

Very clean house with good technological amenities. Very convenient to Great Sand Dunes, and an hour and half drive to Taos, New Mexico. A short drive into Alamosa for groceries and restaurants.

Wonderful property

There are six of us- family of four with children aged 4 and 9, plus grandparents headed to Great Sand Dunes. The house was perfect! Just like the photos, so clean and thoughtfully set up! Beautiful views, pretty yard, good beds! Enjoyed our stay so much!!
