「Very nice hotel. Room was bigger than I expected and in very good clean condition. Although on my own, I paid a tiny bit more for the double bed which was a really good size and well worth it. I also reserved a table at the on premise Thai Restaurant. Great food, freshly cooked and nice smiley service from all staff, meant it was a good experience. The hotel bar is very good too. Has a pub vibe about it with TV showing sports etc. Plenty of free parking with no issues at all. Highly...

「It’s a lovely hotel and very convenient stop. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We only had breakfast but it was delicious and plenty of it. The decor was lovely but needed a bit of tidying and the vase on the table needed a clean. I’m not keen on fake flowers which gather dust and the winter sun shows the glass vase needing a polish. I’m being picky hoping I’m being helpful. It was a fab stay and I thoroughly recommend it and would stay again. 」

「I am going to celebrate my husband's wedding. The hotel is cosy and unique, it has a nice restaurant where we had dinner and breakfast during our stay, and a small library bar where you can chill with friends. The room is spacious and warm, we love this hotel.」

「The staff were efficient, welcoming and happy to help. We wanted a cheap & functional room and that’s what we got with a bonus of a fan. The parking was fantastic value - £5 for 24hrs and an easy walk to The Stadium of Light mainly along a pedestrian route. Definitely great value and superb staff.」

「Clean & comforts, but there’s no table which even can’t have a simple breakfast. Have 2 sofa which are no use for us. It’s better to have a table & storage drawer.」
