“We had a very relaxing stay for a few days; the cottage is in a great quiet location short walk from Southwold high st. Cottage has comfy beds, it was cosy, clean, had everything we needed and more. Thanks to the owners who answered any questions promptly. Highly recommended!!”

“Wonderful property with luxury interior and amazing garden, terrace and hot tub. Situated in beautiful countryside surroundings. Lovely details included tea, coffee, milk, orange juice etc upon arrival. Only criticism was local pub wasn’t really a pub as closed in evenings. ”

“A nice modern caravan in a good location, close to town and the beach. It appeared a bit grubby in laces when we arrived so I have the work surfaces and some of the kitchen crockery/ glasses/ cups a rinse with hot soapy water as appeared a bit greasy/ fingerprint marks. Overall a pleasant stay.”

Jonathan was a pleasure to communicate with and was able to answer questions I had, very promptly and with ease. “The cottage was perfect for my wifes and my 5 night stay. The cottage is very cozy with bunches of character situated in a beautiful and serene setting. The cottage was decorared nicely, ad everything you need for a stay and we enjoyed the artwork. Our host was great; she provided welcoming gifts and also had tea, coffee and milk for us and was very nice to speak with. The location is very peaceful and just a few minutes from shopping, restaurants and you can even walk to a pub within a few……

“We stayed 2 nights in the cottage with our 2 children. We cottage is clean, comfortable and well equipped with just the right amount of things you might need during your stay. The welcome basket of teas and biscuits etc is a lovely touch. The grounds are beautiful and very peaceful. We had a 2 year old with us so we requested a stair-gate for the top of the stairs which was provided. It’s not actually a gate but a piece of wood which fixes to the wall but it does the job. We brought our own……

“We celebrated my 60th birthday and it was a fantastic place to do so. The recommendation for the chef was excellent also- so a great weekend for us all and we would not hesitate to forward the recommendations to others if asked.”

“We had a lovely few days staying at The Blyth apartment. Great location, a few minutes walk from the beach and town. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Nice cosy bed. As mentioned in some other reviews the sound does carry from the apartment above but luckily it was only occupied for our first night. All in all a very nice stay and so pleased we could bring our little dog.”

“The property was clean, but the quality of bedding and kitchen stuff was just too basic. Absolutely shapeless and thin pillows, all same everywhere, so nothing to choose from. Utensils and plates are fresh from Tesco basic range still with stickers. Pans with anti stick bottoms scratched, which may be a health issue. I know it’s a caravan, and not much aspiration to be expected, but it might be just a tad bit better than a factory canteen.”

“Perfect ‘get away from it all’ break. We were blessed with good weather but aside from that cannot fault the accommodation and location. If you want a quiet, peaceful time and somewhere a little ‘different’ then this place is perfect. Lots of nice walks in the countryside and close to places like Halesworth and Southwold. Definitely consider going back.”
