“Prenotato scegliendo 1 letto queen size, arrivo e ci sono 3 letti singoli. Chiedo di cambiare, mi dicono che non si può cambiare stanza perché sono fully booked. Però posso avvicinare due letti, mi dicono. Chiedo se possono farlo loro ma no, se voglio devo farlo io (comportamento strano). Cena OK. Colazione dalle 7, chiedo se posso scendere alle 6.45 per partire alle 7.15, mi dicono che è impossibile perché lo chef arriva alle 7. Però possono farmi una colazione da portare via. Ottimo ringrazio……

“People are friendly, rooms are nice, modern, clean and spacious but it's unbearable in the summer with no AC. It is not the fault of staff, it's management. The excuse is old buildings, can't apply, rules, cost, etc but Asia has way more ACs. I am European and there have been heat waves every summer since I can remember. I'm a thin person, same with my daughter and we had an elderly friend with us. It was unbearable for everyone. In my apartment in Budapest I have two ACs. All you need to do is……

“I arrived after midnight. I was welcomed by a very nice and welcoming lady, I later found out she is security. I was rapidly accomodated in a very nice, clean, and big room with a larger than normal tub. Everything was sparkling clean and brilliant. The lady adviced me where to park and alerted me about the free made to order breakfast. I chose the eggs and bacon platter. I was served a choise of vegetables and a varied of ham and salami before my breakfast arrived. I was also given yogurt.……

“Ce n'était pas la chambre la plus confortable, l'eau du spa était froide et le coût est de 1000 couronnes. Mais le buffet déjeuner était vraiment délicieux et complet. Meilleur petit déjeuné d'hôtel de ma vie!!! Pour les gens avec une voiture. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est très bon pour souper aussi.”

“Property was in outer Brno. Quaint, cute, well maintained. Nice breakfast for a small fee. Friendly staff.”

“First and foremost Nikola was excellent- provided wonderful customer service. It’s hard to rate the hotel itself because we went during motoGP when hotel prices across the board seemed to be 3 times the normal cost. We also went during a heat wave and the hotel does not have a/c. They did provide fans/cooling units but they were no match for the property’s infrastructure and heat. That said the rooms were clean, breakfast spread was nice and the staff was great! Location was also a plus.”
