「Loved this property! Clean, incredibly spacious, great location. Communication with Robin was fantastic, she went above and beyond during our stay. House is very well stocked. Plenty of bath and beach towels, chairs, umbrellas. Our group agreed the house felt much bigger than it did in photos. The addition over the garage is perfect for some added privacy while not being inaccessible from the rest of the group. Would recommend this place! 」

「Great place to say … three bedrooms….slept six perfectly… walked to Narragansett town beach very easy walk literally 0.7 miles…drive and parked due to chairs/umbrellas etc…clean…. Large dining table for eating or to play games… air conditioners in all rooms kept place nice and cold which is sooo valuable! Great communication with owners with my questions. Would definitely recommend!!」

And a the true bonus it has all you need for a day at the beach ie. chairs, umbrella, wagon, toys and a cooler. We would definitely book again. Hosts were very responsive. 「We had a fantastic stay at "The Wakefield". Our extended family of 15 people from ages of 18 to 90 and two small dogs had a fabulous time. The location was fantastic. It is within a couple blocks of downtown Wakefield with its cute shops, art studios, WWII museum and Brinkley's ice cream and it is just a half-hour to Newport for fun day excursions, and within 10 minutes to some wonderful RI Beaches. It was so easy to walk into town for a blocksicle or to say hi to the cows by the rotary. We enjoyed having the option of cooking in or walking over to the Atlantic Inn for food and drinks while the kids explored the Abrams farm. We hope to come back again in the future!」
