“Nice long dinner tables inside and on the deck that allowed me to serve up to 10 people. Lots of pots and pans to cook whatever: mostly spaghetti with clams and crabs. Couches to curl up with a book. Deep bathtub with chandelier! Soft lawn perfect for soccer or bocce.”

“This was our first time vacationing in Rhode Island. We have vacationed in the Outerbanks fur many years so this was a huge change for us. House was clean and as described. Showers were very small but manageable. Kitchen was well equipped. Owner/property manager checked in to see if we needed anything. Red Algae in the ocean was an issue a couple of days (not harmful, just gross). Overalll, a good rental i would recommend.”

“Charming and interesting historic home, with all the necessities. Appreciate the heads up about steep stairs, low ceilings upstairs. The full size bed upstairs had some complaints. The best part of being here was the homeyness, quiet, and being a nice walk to a gorgeous rocky beach.”

“Great home - beds are super comfortable. House was clean and comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms fully stocked. The only issue were 1) location - not close to beach and parking was impossible 2) construction on property took away the advertised screened in porch which could have been a children’s bedroom 3) carpeted kitchen??? When they do finish the house - it will be beautiful”

“We enjoyed our first trip to Montauk and especially loved this cottage. The small beach nearby was just as described. All the amenities were top notch. The bed was very soft and comfortable, the bathroom had nice upgrades, and you are provided anything needed. It made for a perfect weekend getaway.”
