「The location is quite convenient and the room is good. Recommended to stay in the flats on ground floor; otherwise, you have to go up via a sharp slope stair with your baggages. The host cannot be contacted at weekends when we had some problems on handling the dishwasher (we only stayed here for one night at weekend). They finally replied us on weekday but it was close to our checkout time. We have already washed all the used dishes ourselves before their reply. 」

Your emails via Expedia will go ignored, as will the messages and emails sent directly to dinbnb (despite stating they are a 24hr service!) - the customer service is non existent. The lights in the hallway within the building leading to the apartment did not work, which was extremely unsafe due to how dark it was- this was not fixed during the stay. The amenities in the apartment...

「Hadde leilighet nr 1 i første etasje. Enkelt med inn/ utsjekk. God plass, 3 soverom med dobbeltsenger, 2 boder i tilknytning til 2 av soveromma. Det eine soverommet, pluss bod, er i kjeller, trapp innvendig. Det er ventilasjonsanlegg i kjeller, derfor luftig og fint der og. Spisebord med 6 stoler. Godt utstyrt kjøkken. Veldig reint og fint. Stille og rolig nabolag når vi var der. Litt vanskelig med parkering rett ved, men det er ikkje så altfor langt til parkeringshus. Det er og mulig å parkere...

"The hotel is big with lots of rooms but the rooms are arranged in a way that there are lots of corridors and it may be difficult to locate a room.
Rooms are clean and stylish, with reasonable space in this expensive city. Room facilities are also good.
However, staff if the reception is not helpful. We asked for their help to call taxi to go to airport on our date of departure but he seemed not willing to do so. Although he agreed to call taxi for us, we eventually waited for half an hour with no taxi coming. The staff was not willing to help us follow up with the taxi company even on our repeated requests. We eventually need to find taxi on the street on our own. Service is a big issue."
