「我們一家大小都很喜歡Seven Havens Residence，服務人員很親切，經理Julia給了我們很多的諮詢建議，司機ArSam也幫助我們附近地點交通的接送，對於初次來到龍目島的我們來說，非常的有助益，停留的期間恰是雨季，因為面海房的關係，半夜風雨挺大的。整體來說，景緻非常的棒，無邊際泳池非常的美，偶而出現的猴子很可愛，是個值得體驗的住宿地點。建議：熱水器的供水量要再調整。」

La carte du restaurant est très correcte, l'hôtel étant placé non loin du centre, on a le choix de changer d'adresse pour varier les plaisirs. 「This villa is architecturally impressive with great views over the sea. The staff are very helpful and professional and the food is good. The infinity pool is one of the best we've seen. It is in a rural setting so it's worth venturing out. Definitely recommend spending a day at Selong Balanak beach about 20km away. 「优点：整体来说还是不错的，虽然客房距离酒店大堂有点距离，但是可以使用房间内的手机通过WhatsApp联络酒店方，但是似乎没有给手机卡缴费，出了酒店这部手机就不能使用网络了。 缺点：酒店在山上，下到海滩需要走半个小时的山路，路有些颠簸和急转弯，会晕车。周围其实没啥好玩的，酒店也没提供半日游玩一日游玩的介绍。并且，酒店提供的食品和包车服务比外面会贵不少。」
