“There’s a few things that I must emphasize that made the Lennon cabin a great experience. We stayed there to celebrate my daughter’s first birthday, as a family. The house was great, comfy, clean and cool. Firstly ,the nespresso machine made me feel rich and the coffee was amazing! The hot tub was definitely a bonus and we watched the playoffs while relaxing. We brought some steaks and were able to use the grill (on the beautiful back deck) but the local food was good too. Kev’s bbq (5 min away)……

“Very nice little cabin for a weekend away. Hot tub was nice to use after a day of hiking. The kitchen had the essentials (no seraded knives, so bring that if you’re cutting anything). I slept in the loft and the bed was comfortable. The ladder rungs are rounded and not flat so those hurt my feet going up - wearing some rubber soled slippers could alleviate that but I didn’t bring those. The hosts were great at communicating. ”

“This is a great property we have now stayed multiple times and the property owners make sure everything is perfect on arrival. Will be staying again!”

“Wonderful place to stay! An excellent cabin; right on the river. Very comfortable - the mattress was fantastic. Had EVERYTHING I needed (and more); all the kitchen necessities, everything labeled; wood-burning stove; smore fixings! It was lovely being on the river; outstanding communication with Krystyn. Can't wait to return :)”

“The house was very clean and well appointed. Internet was great, and the bed was so comfortable. We met Eric, our host, who gave us invaluable info about a hike/waterfall nearby. The baseboard heat worked well, and there were plenty of pillows and two warm comforters. The jugs of bottled water were appreciated. There was a big grassy area for the dogs to romp. We spent the day at Minnewaska Preserve, only about 12 minutes away.”

“Was very clean, host was responsive and helpful. We had an issue with the gas and someone came to fix it within 2 hours. It snowed during our stay and the snow was plowed by someone twice. Could only find 2 bathrooms. Not a problem for our group, just informing. Overall, amazing stay and would recommend”

“The property and the yurt were absolutely beautiful. And if you're looking to get AWAY, this is the place. It rained most of the weekend, and we still had an amazing time. Communication was terrific. Thank you so much, John.”

“We had a great time staying here with a group of friends. The house is new construction and the A-frame adds some interesting architectural features. Appliances are new and everything is clean. Really had no complaints. Wi-Fi is a bit spotty and the road to the house is not paved but was fine on the car, just need to drive slowly. Bring all groceries with you on the way in as there Arent any major stores nearby which is sort of the point! Close to swinging bridge reservoir for boat rentals and……

“We had a great long holiday weekend in this cozy cabin. The host was really easy to communicate with, access was simple and it was perfect! Our dogs enjoyed the fenced in porch, and backyard. Wonderful time!”

“The unit was well maintained. took a couple tries to find due to being off the main road and down a hill. Getting ahold of the manager was a difficult do to going thru vrbo email and not a standard email. overall the stay was nice.”

“We really enjoyed the cabin, pond, and property grounds. The house was clean and not cluttered, which was a bonus when you’re with a toddler who will grab everything, so it was easy to “childproof” the home. The wifi was excellent and the home was well stocked although we brought lots of things with us just in case. Communication with the property manager was seamless. We would gladly stay here again.”

“The actual room was excellent, compfy bed. Shower door was hard to open. No handle on the outside. Loud cars going through the neighborhood and my room was up 3 flights of stairs. ”

“The cottage was perfect! Everything about the cottage was just as it was described. The cottage was neat as a pin upon arrival, we got in at night and David had the light on and music playing for us. Would definitely recommend the Cottage to others as the perfect weekend retreat.”
