Can't say enough about Meghan the manager at the front desk ..this hotel is lucky to have her ..the hotel itself could use a good cleaning but Meghan went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable ..would stay here again if needed though the hotel needs major updates

The staff was excellent. The facilities - not so much. The elevator was down and appears to have been down or acting up for quite some time. The TV was inoperable and we had to switch to another room. The breakfast, if you want a waffle, toast, bagel or english muffin, then I suppose it would be fine. Personally, I want more than just carbs and sugar.

The hotel looks nice from the outside, the lobby looked really nice. The room is a different story. The room i stayed in is outdated, the mattress was dirty,stiff and very uncomfortable. The tv, was very tiny and it really didn't work. The tv uses direct tv and it didn't work that well, it was raining and couldn't be used. I loved the guy that checked us in, another employee was very kind. The room was very disappointing.

Staff was very unhelpful. There were no microwaves or refrigerators in the rooms. A dreadful experience. I would not have stayed, however, the room was prepaid and i was unsure how to get a refund. Having doubts about using Expedia for unknown locations.

It was one of the worst decisions I made to stay at this property. The hotel has three floors, but the elevator only goes up from the lobby—the buttons to call the elevator from the upper floors don’t work. If your room is on the third floor and you have a lot of luggage, you’re out of luck. You have to carry everything down the stairs. The coffee machine was broken during breakfast, the carpets smelled terrible, and everything felt very old and outdated. The bathroom sink was stained and cracked as well. This property needs a complete overhaul. I would not recommend staying here. I wish I had paid a little extra to stay somewhere else. I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

Rooms were good and clean, hallways a little rough. Worst part is they checked in someone else into my room after I had already checked in. Found out when my key cards wouldn’t work. Not sure how that happened but they rectified it and gave me a new room.
