「I was double charged after paying through Expedia. Holiday Inn staff said they couldn’t see my payment through Expedia and they had to run my card. Turns out I paid for the room twice and no idea if I’ll get a refund or not. Time will tell」

「Lots of good aspects to this hotel, such as the friendly staff, good tasting breakfast, the cleanliness of the rooms and the price. However, our particular room had a very uncomfortable mattress—way too soft. If you are someone that wants extra soft, it will be good for you.
We were on the 3rd floor and there was a continuous hum coming from the ceiling (maybe from the HVAC). We didn’t notice it until the tv was off late at night, but it was audible and strong enough that you could feel the...

「Parking lot is in need of refurbishment.
The complementary water bottle in my room was opened and partially empty, the small bottle of lotion was empty, the back of the toilet had hair on it, the sink drained slowly and built up when running/brushing teeth.
The bed was comfortable, however.
The pool was out of service and we were not advised prior to check in.
The staff was friendly.」

「The hotel has been beautifully renovated. Staff were very courteous. Parking ramp is easily accessible by skywalk. The restaurant in the hotel had no coffee for quite some time on Saturday morning, ugh. It would be nice ig the restaurant were open all afternoon. It closes for a couple hours. We did find a great restaurant about a block away for an afternoon snack and libation! It was so nice we went back for dinner the next night! Would stay here again.」
