“I had a great stay at The Spring Brook Lofts! My boyfriend and I went to a Tennessee game and it was quiet, very clean, and flexible as we arrived late in the night. We said if we ever move down to Tennessee, we would want to live here! ”

“I truly loved staying here and will stay here again. It was so clean, plenty of room, fully stocked kitchen and full size fridge. Roomy bathroom and plenty of room for at least 6 people to sleep. I was shocked at how quiet it was in the room bc we knew all the other rooms were reserved, but we didn’t hear one noise from other people that were staying there. Loved the chairs by the firepit and creek. Excellent location and very friendly owner. I give them an A+ on every aspect. Keep in mind……

“The location and cabin would have received five stars EXCEPT the mattress and beddingwere horrible in quality and cleanliness. The mattress was not supportive. The bedding (pillows,sheets, blankets) and/or mattress smelled of mildew and/or urine. Also, there was a soaking wet towel hanging over the jacuzzi. The owner will be informed so he can address it and bring it to five stars.”
