“This was our second time staying at Treemont. Our requirements for a hotel stay are simple. Clean, comfortable, courteous staff. The newly renovated room was clean, the air and heat excellent, plenty of fresh towels, daily housekeeping, and every single staff member was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome. Renovations continue to this gem of a property and I look forward to our next stay. I can't wait to see this property restored to its former glory. ”

“The curtain corner looked as if it had mold in it The bathtub where it drains was nasty looked like someone tried to repair it but never clean it. I do have pictures. This is by far the worst hotel I have stayed in. The food was not hot, the front desk had to fix the orange juice as only water was coming out. I will make sure people know how “ well” kept this hotel isn’t ”

“Room were small but fine for the price. Breakfast was good. My only concern was that it appeared that the owners extended family might be living there and there were constantly a lot of kids in the lobby running around and not being controlled.”

“Staff was courteous and allowed us to check in an hour early, which was very nice. However, there were several issues with the room. The bathroom door didn't properly fit and you had to forcefully pull it closed, which was extremely loud to both open and close. Also, the in-room alarm was previously set, which woke my wife up at 3 a.m. and she had to figure out how to turn it off in the middle of the night. But the biggest problem was the smoke alarm, which started doing three-chirps at 4 a.m.……

“Overall a great place to stay, very convenient location if you’re coming and going from the airport. My only concern is I booked throughout a 3rd party, and paid online, once I arrived I was charged again.”

“Stayed 5 days in March. There was no room cleaning. Suppose this could be due to the time of year. The property is good, but certainly not “wonderful “ as described by Expedia. ”
