Just two blocks from Main Street, you can park your car and walk to any of the local attractions including restaurants, shops, and a fabulous park for kids. We had a wonderful stay at this 2-bedroom VRBO! Everything was great — the home was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and the entire experience was seamless from check-in to check-out. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

The first thing I love about this condo is how clean it was! The kitchen has everything you need to cook all weekend long. We had to change our dates and the host took care of it flawlessly. You can walk downtown and if you have kids there is a great playground right up the street. We would stay again!

We had a great stay. Loved the location and easy parking. We did have issues with second bedroom shower, as we were not able to keep hot water on, but all else was perfect! Definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay here! It had everything a family of four needed for a week long vacation. Everything was very clean and well put together. The location is the best part. It is in walking distance to downtown and so many amazing restaurants. We were thankful for the real fireplace and heaters throughout the condo, because it was snowing when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Everything was very good with the condo and the surroundings. Our only problem was the directions we were given were incorrect, and the only way we found the address was calling the owner. The name of the condo complex and an accurate map would have made all the difference.

The condo was very clean & lovely, beautifully decorated! The space was very comfortable for 2 couples. The distance to Main Street was more mor than a few steps, it was actually 1/4 mile all uphill, we managed though.

The place was great, I think the only concern was the bathroom that had the 2 beds, it would appear that the shower head might need replacing. Other than that everything else was great, location, and fireplace timer.

Family Gathering

My daughter flew in from Montana and I wanted her to see the beautiful mountains of North Carolina. The Rock offered the perfect place to stay for our getaway. The condo was spacious, very clean and provided everything we needed. We especially loved the cozy mountain decor. The proximity to Main Street was ideal. I look forward to going back again.

Great location. Place was clean and had plenty of things you would normally get in a hotel. The only complaint would be the a/c unit. Is localized to the general living space. The bedroom does need to stay opened if you want any airflow in them, and the fan in the second room with 2 twins, would not turn on with the remote. Both the remotes for the fans seem to be synced to the master only. One side note, do not order anything to be delivered from Amazon. USPS will refuse it and send it back to Amazon. They explained that most homes in the area do not have mail service or they use a PO Box and leave a key for the guests. Otherwise, great place and we would absolutely come back if we get a chance. Tweetsie railroad park was money well spent too. Kids had an awesome time. One of the best petting zoo type attraction is included, and the food to feed the animals is also included. Again, a great time!

Everything was clean! Close to Main Street. We really only were there to sleep but overall the area was pretty quiet. If arriving at night for check-in, it can be hard to find the right building as the building numbers are somewhat hidden/ hard to see without getting out of your car but we figured it out! We really just wanted to be close to town and that’s what we got! The bedrooms don’t have AC but with the cold mountain air you definitely don’t need it (we went in October). Would definitely stay again!
