“We were initially a little nervous after booking to find out the rental was a company. The Evolve website was easy to navigate and edit our stay as needed! The neighborhood was a safe and quiet section of the city and the host thought of all the accommodations to make the stay relaxing! Anything we forgot was stored easily accessible. “This location was perfect for our situation. The location was halfway between our niece’s home and the church where the funeral service was held. It provided a great relaxed atmosphere for gathering with our family. We had our adult son and daughter join us for Friday -Saturday, so the 3 bedrooms were perfect for us. “Noticed the basement light on went down stairs and found sheets/towels in the washer and dryer. I put the towels in the dryer and placed the dried sheets in a basket. The carpet very dirty. Kitchen floor dirty, knobs and stove dirty. Because of the uncleanness I did not use the kitchen other than a few glasses.
