"We were pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the staff, the room, and breakfast bar. A nice stay at the end of a long drive! "

"There were dirty towels from a previous guest hanging on the bathroom door. The flooring in the room was poorly installed and loose. I had to wipe up a spill of water and it was also filthy. The continental breakfast was very substandard. Very limited selections and no water or juice."

"Clean rooms. Nice facility. 87° and sunny. Outdoor pool closed, can't even sit outside by the pool. Desk clerk called manager to see if just sitting out there in the sun would be ok. Manager said no. Pool area states no lifeguard, swim at your own risk. Chairs are stacked up, but would not even let us get one out to enjoy the sun. I want a rebate."

"Front desk clerk very helpful and personable. Property clean, except bordering grass areas, well-used by pets. Room was bright and attractive. A few unfortunate streaks down the walls, heavy dust and candy wrapper under the bed and food and residue remaining in refrigerator seemed to indicate that the room had not been cleaned before our occupancy, other than to change the beds and replace towels. Appreciated efforts made to update bathroom sink and shower, though, amusingly, there was no cold water operating in the sink, and strong water pressure caused the flow to splash off the small basin. The beds were very firm and pillows flat and inflexible. The room-darkening curtain was a good idea, but did not successfully shut out the parking lot light. Lots of Road noise. So we appreciated an attractive, inexpensive place to stop for the low price and no pet fees, however, it was difficult to sleep in the ambient light and very hard bed. Despite all of this, with a cleaned room and a pillow from home, I will stay here again. The evening front desk clerk would have accommodated my concerns for cleaning, I'm sure, but I did't report these items until check out."
