He was responsive and ensured we had everything we need - including looking after us after check out whilst waiting for our transfer (delayed due to the snow storm!) “This was a great property for our family of four + one dog. The house was spacious, and we loved the large backyard and Infinity game table. We played lots of Monopoly! We had a good experience, but I have recommendations for the property owner and for those who are considering a stay. The showers had no soap or shampoo & conditioner. Not that big of a deal. We usually travel with the essentials, but we did have to run out and buy soap for showering. The kitchen also lacked basic essentials,……

“Enjoyed the property very much. The house is very nice and we will consider staying here again. Beds are comfortable. Great room is very cozy with a fire going. I found most everything to be in working order and anything that wasn't was shared with the property manager which is Destinations Big Bear. Advice for a stay - if you want to play board games, be sure to bring your own. There is a pool table and foozball upstairs. You will need to stream on the TV which was no problem for us but there……

“I was a little nervous booking this property given no reviews but the host was very hospitable and communication was excellent. We spent most of the time on the super comfortable couch right by the kitchen. The game room was perfect for our 4 young kids and they played for hours on the foozball and pinball machine while the adults gathered by the fireplace on the cozy couch. “The house was very cute and had everything we could ask for in a short week stay. The hot tub was fantastic and we really enjoyed the walk-in shower. The master bed was very comfortable as well. The only downside was that the parking area was a bit small for midsize truck parking, but was able to make due. “I've been coming up to Big Bear for over 30 years since I was a kid. Our family has had two different cabins up there in the past. I have been renting the last few years whenever I visit. This is one of our favorite places. Really nice cabin with modern touches. Great game room theater. Huge deck which was so fun Barbecuing on every night surrounded by trees. “The size of the house was perfect for our group, comfortably accommodating four families. As were the thoughtful touches like the coffee and candy awaiting us. Despite my initial confusion about the entrance, the prompt assistance over the phone made our arrival smooth & hassle-free. While we encountered a few minor maintenance issues such as grease dripping from the stove when on and a leaky cracked sink, they did not detract significantly from our overall enjoyment of the house. “這次出差住了三週，我們訂了七間房，有些房間少了浴室浴簾，有些少了一顆枕頭，有些少了垃圾桶，總之就看你的運氣。 房間裡有個廚房可以自己料理，算是一個優點，只是裡面什麼廚具都沒有，需要自己去附近的賣場採購。 旅館並不會定時來清潔，但一樓有付費洗衣機，床單被單枕頭套或毛巾都可以自己拿下去洗，掃具要跟櫃檯借，櫃檯不是24小時，進門需要刷卡，以安全考量來說還算不錯。”
