“Beautiful space and friendly staff!!”

“I very much liked this Holiday Inn. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and the staff members were very kind. I greatly enjoyed the variety of breakfast choices. My only grievance would be that the parking lot is only just barely adequate; I did always find a parking spot, but it was not always easy to do so.”

“I had booked and paid upfront (nonrefundable) for a night. 3 people. We get there and front desk says theyre out of rooms, but we arent getting refunded either. Blamed it on being oversold.”

“We booked the hotel for convenience for a family wedding. Good location and plenty of rooms. Nice, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel in general is ok, but is in serious need of refurbishment and upgrades, especially for the rates they charge. Our bathtub had been reglazed, but the finish had a big hole in it. There were dings in the drywall and paint requiring touchups. The pool was very small for the size of hotel and the whole setup is dated. They clearly keep a full house due to their……

“Need the fridge to be a little bit more convenient. Not big but it was a bit small. I couldn't fit my drinks or snacks”

“Staff and property were amazing. Beds were comfortable although the comforters were a little warm. We got the last double queen room and it turned out to be accessible one. Not having a bathtub wasn’t the issue. I wish we had a longer shower curtain (unless it’s a rule to have short ones for wheelchair accessible bathrooms) or more towels to help catch all the water because it goes EVERYWHERE. We kept slipping on the wet tile and it became hazardous for us in return. I’ll be sure to ask if……

“I just left this Hotel, I cannot stay there after my long driving. The room is much different and awful than the pictures those display in Expedia App, also including some smelling, a kind of moldy air.”

“DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE! The pictures are nothing what this place actually is. Very bad area of town with very sketchy people walking around the property. Not family friendly at all. Many rooms appear to have been broken into as the door handles look broken on a lot of doors. The property is very worn down nothing like the pictures. “Overall my stay and the staff was friendly. The hotel didn’t seem dirty or anything but there was a good amount of flies in the lobby and a couple buzzing in my room that I spent quite a bit of time trying to address so I could get some rest.”

“We had a problem with another hotel not having working air conditioning, so we desperately searched for another room at 1 a.m. We didn't have high expectations to begin with, but this hotel was more than we could ask for. Clean, quick, easy check in, roomy, and my stepson said "best waffles ever."”
