「We arrived 2 hours after the scheduled checkin. There were people living at the property when we arrived. They told us to leave. After they finally left, we were able to access the space, it was dirty. Dishes in the sink, refridgerator in the hallway, etc... most of the pool passes were missing, and no internet. The original inhabitants came back later that night requesting to enter and retrieve their property. The internet was restored the next morning but then the lights began to short out....

「The general manager was so sweet and went above and beyond to make sure that our state was comfortable. Definitely recommend definitely coming back.」

「Very disappointed by the housekeeping service here. Nobody came by to clean our room, empty the trash, or give us fresh towels. We had to call various times to get clean towels. Out of the 5 nights and 6 days we stayed they only came to clean our room once during our entire stay. When we complained at the front desk, they casually mentioned they did not have the staff available for it. Housekeeping not great at all!! Other than that it was a good stay.」

「We got the partial view unit on the ground floor that sleeps 6 (room166). Turns out that it did NOT have a partial view at all! Also the main door was through the only bedroom instead of the living area. That was so inconvenient for the people who might be sleeping in vs the ones trying to leave out the room early. The light on the microwave didnt work over the stove and the toilet handle was messed up (just kind of hard to flush). The amenities of the hotel was what saved us from having a...

「Great, relaxing environment with a very comfortable bed & good accommodations. Close walk to Grayton Beach and a vibe that harkens back to “the good ol’ days”! The a/c in the room we booked wasn’t cooling, so owner promptly upgraded us to a bigger and much cooler room. Much appreciated! The cafe, Raw & Juicy, on the property serves wonderful food, coffee, etc. We enjoyed our stay!」

「Loved how clean it was also good breakfast nice pool and friendly staff the only thing I didn't like was someone in the room above us woke up on the last day we stayed and was making a bunch of noise but was not the hotel's fault just be mindful of other guest if you are a early bird or like to stay up late besides that very good stay would definitely book again.」
