Great respite

We evacuated to this cabin last minute, from a Florida hurricane. It was exactly as described, with amazing views. Kids had a blast with the foosball table and hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfy. Note that the basement level bedroom does not have a window, however, that worked out great for getting our kids to sleep in later than usual. Only recommendation would be to upgrade the lounge furniture on the deck, but otherwise it was the perfect escape, and we would definitely return!

Beautiful home in a beautiful location!

We had a fantastic stay!! The house is great with amazing views. It was well equipped, clean and very pleasant! Only issue was rental company did not provide gate code, and there was no cell signal at the gate, so we had to go back to the main road to call. Also, the driveway was hard to find in the dark (which driveway led to the house). The sign is really small. Overall 10/10!

Very nice cabin

cabin is very nice with 3 bedrooms but other than King upstairs beds are queen or smaller. tons of firewood for outdoor fire places. Nice hot tub. Fully stocked kitchen. only suggestion is clean windows form amin living area. Need blinds or something also on those windows as afternoon sun intense. Can't imagine heat it would bring in summer. all in all very pleased.

Rather Disappointing

The cabin was clean, comfortable and had a wonderful view. We rented the cabin for our 51st anniversary. There were two thing that were a problem for us. First, there is a bedroom in the basement with no window in case of fire. We are residential builders in Alabama and that is a very important fire protection requirement. Second, we were so excited about having a glass of wine every night in the hot tub and watching the sunset. But when we got there the temp was 80 degrees and the jets did not work. The property management company did send someone out the next day. He thought he had repaired it but he did not. The jets never worked and the temp never rose over 89 degrees. We live on a lake and use our hot tub every evening so we are very familiar with how a hot tub works. If a hot tub is not a priority, and you are not planning to sleep in the third bedroom, I would highly recommend this property. However, in so much as it was a high priority to us we were very disappointed.

Exactly as advertised plus hummingbirds!

What a delightful stay! The cabin was clean, comfortably furnished (including the just-right king bed upstairs), quiet, had all of the amenities and gorgeous views, and we were visited throughout each day by hummingbirds. We have stayed at many cabins over the past 20 years and this was definitely one of the best. We will visit again for a waterfall-hiking trip.
