Beautiful and cozy cabin with a great location right on the river. We had a great and very relaxing weekend. There is one house right next door, I didn't realize how close it was and there was a work crew there as well so we had no privacy during the day while sitting outside, but that is my only complaint. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place

Perfect location for privacy and peacefulness. Our only complaint is that the bedding and all the towels smelled musty/soured. Other than that, the house itself was wonderful. Would stay there again!

We celebrated our 30th anniversary at the cabin and it was wonderful! It was so peaceful and quiet. We loved that no one was around and had our own little slice of paradise for a few days! We would definitely stay here again!

The cabin was Ice cold when we arrived. "no central heat or A/c." but the gas heater/fireplace warmed it up quickly. slept good . enjoyed the quitness, lovely setting.

The best Cabin Ever

Such a pleasure staying at this cabin in Blue Ridge, right in front of a river. It was amazing and fun vacation experience. The cabin was cozy and well-equipped with modern amenities, making it a perfect blend of comfort and nature. We enjoyed fishing, hiking, and even some lazy afternoons by the river. The breathtaking views and the sound of the flowing water were so refreshing. I would highly recommend this cabin for anyone seeking a peaceful and adventurous getaway.

Great getaway for a couple!

This cabin is perfect for a couple looking for a romantic getaway. We loved having a screened in deck to sip our coffee in the morning and go in the hot tub in the evening without worrying about getting eaten alive by bugs. The view overlooking the Toccoa River was beautiful and peaceful. Would definitely recommend!

Cabin needs a 5 stars but needs little help or improvment so i did 4 stars.. Nice cabin ! Great location! Wonderful yard ! Open layout .. awesome river veiw. Home need some work or tlc..

Loved the area and how the cabin was secluded, great family time

Easy to rent but not easy to get ahold of someone when wanting to confirm or ask questions in the end everything went well. Someone should really do a walk through after housekeeping, found lots of bugs, spider webs, dirty walls which makes you question how clean the place really is.

Perfect !

After several years of visiting this area 1-2 times a year but never staying at the same place twice- we can say we have found our spot! The location is beautiful, the cabin was just as described in the listing. It was clean and well kept. We had one small issue that the property management took care of promptly and they were so pleasant to work with. Perfect for 2 people but would have worked as well for 4. We have already booked again for this Fall and can’t wait to return!

Very nice cabin. Loved stay. Did smell some gas and had to turn off heater so got a bit cold

Overall the Cabin was amazing so beautiful and cozy. Only problem was when we got in the cabin smelled like propane gas. We turned off the pilot on the heater. We couldnt get the pilot to turn back on. The electronic heater didnt work so the cabin got really cold over the night. I would recommend getting a new electronic heater or figure out the gas issue.

Taccoa Hideaway

The location was great and the view of the river was nice. The down side was that there were not enough lights in the main sitting and kitchen area making it very dark at night. When we checked in we found the downstairs toilet was stopped up and was not caught when the house was cleaned. We had to wait until the next morning to get it repaired. The spiral staircase to the loft is dangerous so would recommend avoiding it if possible. Hot tub was nice but took FOREVER to heat up.

Left two hours after check in

Terrible experience; from the minute we opened the door, we were hit with a terrible smell of cheap cleaner. It was so bad that we opened all the doors and Windows and wiped the floor with cleaning wipes trying to get the smell to dissipate. The cabin was in bad shape upkeep wise and not suitable for more than a couple and maybe a child- there are no doors to the bedrooms and the bathroom door is not full size. The washer was dirty. We went to cut a peach, and the knife was broken. I messaged the pretty management group twice, but no response. When we thought about closing up the cabin and just having the one, very small window unit running to cool the space, we couldn’t get past the smell of the cleaner. Ever been in a cheap gas station? That’s the smell. We arrived just before 4 and left by 615. As a property manager, I was appalled.
