"This property is in the perfect location. It’s right next to the Pavilions which is a nice outdoor mall, and it’s right next to 16th promenade which has a bunch of food and shops; Target is a 4 minute walk. The staff is super friendly and quick. I also liked how safe it felt. You need a key card to access the hotel past 10pm and to access the elevators at any time. "

"The woman who checked us in gave zero information about the hotel and amenities basically gave me the keycard and room number. The valet guy was way more informative than the woman at check in. She was mid twenties long hair."

"The hotel was basically taken over by a wedding party the whole weekend. Rooftop patio was closed to guests who weren't a part of it. If part of your hotel is going to be closed to paying guests you should notify them in advance, just as if's under construction. Throughout the early morning hours a continual stream of loud and drunk guests stumbled back to the suite where the after party was, waking us up each time. Staff didn't do anything about it. I made these and other concerns known to management in an email afterwards, but they didn't even bother to acknowledge it. And now I continually get emailed ads from the hotel even though I unsubscribed and mark each one as spam. I regret staying here."

"Hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. It is downtown in a very busy area so parking is a little expensive but definitely worth it if you want an affordable, downtown experience! Breakfast was also amazing and the lobby is an amazing spot to enjoy breakfast or just hangout with friends and family. Would definitely book again in the future. "
