“Had to leave the key for the room in the door, as the main building was locked up when I left. Not a big drama though”

“The property was very clean and tidy. The Continental Breakfast provided was varied, plentiful and fresh. We only met the owner, Rosie and one other member of staff called Linda. Both were very welcoming, nice, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we didn’t really have time to investigate the area as our stay there had been for the purpose of visiting friends who we had met on previous holidays abroad and to attend their daughter’s wedding. We wouldn’t hesitate to book to stay at Hogwarts again……

“I needed immediate help when the sat sav dumped me nearby & my host talked me all the way to the front door which was a huge relief. The accommodation is dated but I knew that from the photos it was very clean though & i was surprised to find all the essentials had ben left. I wasn’t expecting that so had brought it all with me. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was lovely & the washing machine was handy. The area was very noisy though as it is right in town above a bar & I was there at……

“Excellent property in a great location. 15 minutes walk into Whitstable. Parking spaces were a bonus, very clean, comfortable beds and excellent communication with Carol. Would definitely book again.”

“The house is perfect for a getaway in the Weald. It was spotlessly clean. A nice welcome package with milk, cereal and tea made breakfast easy. Everything was in good nick. Recommend their pub The Kings Head in nearby Staplehurst. Also 50 minutes to London from there if you want no more beautiful countryside.”

“Set in beautiful private land, with fantastic views of the countryside and swimming lake, very warm and high quality private bathroom and hut. Great Hot tub looking at the stars, great veranda. Electricity in the hut and shared communal fridge and freezer, as well as your own fridge and microwave. Host let us bring out own fire pit and lent us a toaster, as none in the hut. Very Romanic ( wont take the kids next time) Nigel the host very friendly and helpful. Sooooo relaxing, local pubs good and……

“Next door was so noisey having a party or something was left outside for hours for a code got in tv was broken so couldnt watch it we went strait home asked for a full or part refund got told no avoid this is shambles ”

Everything you could need at the property and a full breakfast was provided to meet every need. You won’t be disappointed if you stayed here and the owners who live next to the property were fab. “Es war sehr schön, wir haben es genossen! Bei Ankunft mussten wir erst bei der Reception nach einem Plan fragen, dann klappte es! Instruktion für Heizung wäre schön gewesen, es war bei Ankunft eiskalt... Leider hatte es keine Dusch-/ Abtrocknungstücher, mussten als erstes kaufen... Bett war bezogen. Innenausstattung sehr schön! Geschirr nicht ganz so sauber... Aussenbereich war sehr schön, dadurch dass es sehr regnerisch war, matschig...(man muss durch Wiese gehen, hat keine Platten oder……

“Hotel was very nice and the staff were really nice too. The lock on our door worked but was stiff. I personally found the bed in room 108 uncomfortable and the room was cold, despite turning the heating up. Other than this it was good. ”
