“This was a perfect small room close to shopping and attractions. We walked to almost all the places we wanted to see. Check in was easy with the written instructions provided by our host Ken. We were able to find street parking right in front of the building for free which was awesome.There were backpack beach chairs available in the room which we used to watch the sunset. ”

“These rooms were fairly clean. They are so small you can barely move in them. We had two joining rooms. There were 3 of us. Bathrooms had a crazy layout. The sink trying to brush your teeth with a shelf over it was dangerous. I cut my nose on the glass shelf! The people that we met that were staying there were also complaining. The unit we stayed in the back door was very hard to open and close. The Venition blind kept falling so we just left it off. I don't recommend it for anyone. I'm……

“Perfect location. Nice room…small but everything we needed. Super comfy bed! Only one coffee mug. No room to park a golf cart so we had to rent a scooter instead for parking purposes. Worked fine for us!”

“Nice studio but mattress needs to be replaced. It is very soft and kind of lumpy, higher in the middle than on sides of mattress. Uncomfortable! It also was noisy as you can hear the upstairs people walking around and talking at times. Sounded like they were stomping at times and all hours. Pool very small. It was close to shops and restaurants though. ”

“Close to everything. I must warn those that don’t mind loud music from bar across the road until midnight. They have live music nightly. The door to the room has a glass that can’t be seen through however it allows all light to come through. Light from the bar and traffic all night. Extremely bright. I lucked out by bringing a sleep eye mask but my friend didn’t. Be prepared. Staff were very accommodating ”

“Excellent location, close to some of the beaches and Duval Street but secluded enough so that it’s quiet. You’ll have a great time, I say check this place out!”

“Water was luke warm at best, no where to have dinner within the room . Water pressure was horrible. One set of towels for a week stay, one trash bag for the stay. Neighbors above were loud beating and banging above and Marijuana smoke outside our unit was alot !”

“It was exactly as presented online. The owners were great with communication and easy to work with throughout the experience. I would stay here again and highly recommend!”
