I called several times throughout our day and could never get anyone to answer the phone. All of the staff seemed overworked and very tired and as a result grumpy. The only person that stands out to me as a great example of customer service is their valet team.”

Good service, only one thing that we are not that happy is the suites building is a bit far away from the main building. And the swimming pool, food court, spa….etc are all in the main building, we need to take the golf cart to the main building, which is a little bit inconvenient for us.
