「The experience was very good - loved the pool just outside our door and the location on the Intercoastal. Negative comments would be that the showerheads were rather weak and that the faucet handles in the kitchen and one bathroom were not operating well. And some of the bathroom towels had worn a bit thin. But otherwise a very nice experience. 」

「Huge cockroach crawling on the wall. Rust on every piece of furniture. No vent in the bathroom. People partying at the pool till well over 2am and on top of that garbage pick at 5 am from right under our windows. 」

「Very smooth visit! Everyone was so accommodating! We noticed a small puddle in the bathroom and they came to replace the entire toilet ASAP! Great service! Always cleaning and they take great care of the place. Older and needs some cosmetic repairs but didn't bother me. Great location if looking for a place right on the beach without the huge condo/hotel to navigate around. Would come back! Thanks again, -Keith」

「We enjoyed our stay however, the instructions for the lock were not the best. We also did not have anyone come by on sunday to see if any supplies needed to be added to and we had to go buy toilet paper to use. We also did not have any shampoo or conditioner in 1 of the bathrooms. I found some big bottles of shampoo and conditioner under the sink at the very back just before we were leaving but none was in the shower area. We found the washer and dryer by asking another guest if they knew where...

「The space was just what we needed and the unit was clean. You could only see the beach from one window which was a little disappointing. The access to the beach was wonderful. During our stay we did realize that there were several other units for rent for much less money. 」
