Girls weekend

We had four generations together and celebrated au up coming wedding. Loved our visit and the house was great! Very welcoming, clean, quiet house and neighborhood. The pool was great and a warm! Will book again for a future visit.

Enjoyed my stay

This house is on a beautiful corner lot! I didn’t recognize it from online pics because it has been painted a white color, which looks even better. The inside rooms, bathrooms and kitchen were very clean, and the outside pool and landscaping were immaculate. We cooked breakfast every morning, some appliances could be updated, but it worked fine. This was definitely a good choice and perfect location for my girls birthday weekend. Thank you!

WOW Stayed for 1 week

Our family stayed for 1 week and it was amazing. Very family friendly, clean, neat, well stocked, very cozy, huge yard and beautiful relaxing landscape. The palm trees and the quite neighborhood really calms the atmosphere. The pool and outside patio where very clean and comfy. The staff is very helpful and came through taking care of all that we need. There are 2 shuls in walking distance which was very convenient. We highly recommend this place for families and other - we look forward to returning. Thank you for accommodating our family it was a trip that we will never forget.

Tropical Oasis

The pool, garden and grounds make this property a very nice place to stay.. Fortunately, we had great weather and spent every minute outside enjoying it. Ou r dog loooved the pool.Everything was as specified on the websites. The owners were easily reachable and responsive. The house, however, could use a bit of work. The couches and chair in the living room are not comfortable and the covering on the chair is wearing off. The veneer on some of the kitchen cabinets is peeling off. Also the outside fan needs to be replaced In spite of the minor faults I would rent this again

Decent property, but lacking of basic amenities.

We are a family of 6 adults and enjoyed our stay here, however we feel our experience could have been better with some minor improvements. The gas tank on the grill had to be replaced (out of pocket) since it ran out of gas after 1 meal of cooking burgers. We had to purchase toilet paper since there were no spare rolls. The kitchen is described as "fully stocked" and it most certainly is not. There were some basic spices, but no essentials such as a can opener, flat baking sheets, and several other times. The pool, while heated, was not turned "on" to heat when we arrived. We had to call maintenance to get it working for us. A more thoughtful preparation for the next guests' arrival should be taken into consideration to improve the overall experience of their stay.

Nice home in a construction zone! Beep...Beep..

This is a nice home that is nicely equipped and tastefully decorated. The outdoor landscaping is very nicely maintained, probably the best on the block. Nice amenities with spacious bathrooms and bedrooms. Linens were clean and good quality. We requested a high chair and pack n' play for our infant, and both items were perfect. The kitchen has all the basic stuff you need to prepare meals. The only thing missing was outdoor grilling utensils. They have a beautiful outdoor kitchen set up, but we had to go by a spatula to flip burgers. The home was clean but not immaculate. Door had deadbolts that were not functioning properly, so the home does not feel secure. The front door frame was damaged and showed previous forced entry. The keys that were provided are very cheap and easily duplicated, any past tenant could make a copy and enter the home. The pool is nice but it was not clean upon arrival. We also spotted the largest cockroach we've ever seen in our lives, it was in the garage, but it was in a cabinet with back stock of paper goods, plates, napkins etc. This was very unsettling. I tried to hide it from my wife but she heard me scream when I saw it. They definitely need to get the pest problem under control. The biggest issue was the construction. They are doing a major job digging up the entire neighborhood putting in a new sewer system with huge earth moving equipment. Unfortunately, it wasn't easy to enjoy the nicest feature of the home, the pool area, because of construction noise and dust. It starts at 7:00am and ends around 6:00pm. Beep...Beeep.....Beeep all day long. It just would've been nice if that was disclosed to us before booking as we planned to spend our time relaxing by the pool at the home all day and night with our infant. It's probably one of the nicest homes on the street, but it really isn't the nicest neighborhood.

Fun Times at Villa De Boca

Great Home, Location

We chose this property to celebrate the holiday with the entire family here in Florida. The property was very much as advertised. The host was very responsive. They heated the pool to 85° before our arrival. They also changed a showerhead within one day of us notifying them. They also sent a air conditioning Repair service to adjust the HVAC system. We would highly recommend this property and will consider staying here again.

Great location

There location was perfect for getting around the places in Boca we wanted to be. The property manager was very responsive to our needs. The backyard was beautiful and spacious, we spent all of our time out there! The property could use a little bit of maintenance and a bit more supplies for the kitchen, but overall it was a great house for our family to vacation and I am sure we'll be back.

Pictures on VRBO are OLD not true representation!

Before arriving I was very concerned about pool maintenance and made an inquiry about how it was handled. I saw where the property was going to be booked right up to the day we would be there. We arrived on Thursday and sure enough pool was filthy with dirt and debris. I was told pool man was out of town and couldn’t be cleaned until Saturday. Pics of pool/patio area are old, what is there now are mildew stained and filthy patio chairs. The grill was not cleaned and everything surrounding the grill is old and dirty and in poor repair. In the master bedroom I found bug parts in the duvet. When trying to get extra buffet table from garage, cockroaches came out (totally gross). None of televisions with exception of living room tv worked. I was so disappointed that this property was misrepresented. This could be a nice property if the owner would spend some money on maintenance. I want to add I have pics to prove everything stated.

Great house with excellent outdoor area

My husband and I and our 3 sons (16,19, 22 years) and our 50 lb dog stayed here for 22 nights. The house is located right off of 95 in close to many parks stores and restaurants. We were able to walk many places. It is also less than a mile from the Boca private airport so there are planes flying overhead from sun up to sun down every day which was annoying. The house is located in a smaller neighborhood. Neighbors were friendly and it was quiet. The property is kept up nice from the outside. A few minor things: the fence gates aren’t on the hinges and the garage door opener has to be held the whole time in order to close the garage. And it can’t be opened from the outside. The inside is not big but had all we needed with plenty of space to unpack. The bathrooms were nice sized. Master bedroom has a large closet area. My husband was able to set up an entire office in there and we still had plenty of room to walk around. The Kitchen had everything we needed with plenty of dishes silverware glasses appliances pots pans and cooking utensils. The washer/dryer is stacked in the garage and it worked great and held a lot. There were a few beach chairs and 2 bikes stored in the garage. The bikes are old and the chain broke on one and was never repaired. There were plenty of bath and beach towels. Our biggest complaint was the sheets. They are thin and don’t really fit the mattresses. Every morning we had to basically remake the beds. There were no top sheets. Just a fitted sheet and a duvet cover. Also there were no extra sheets. I would def recommend bringing your own sheets! The furniture inside is not fancy but it serves its purpose. The rooms with the twin beds are just mattresses on box springs. Kids were basically sleeping on cots. It was easy for the floors to get wet and dirty coming in from the outside. We were constantly sweeping. The bedrooms are on either side of the kitchen, so someone was always being woken up by whoever was in the kitchen. The backyard was AMAZING! Just as pictured and we spent 95% of our time out there. The mosquitoes come out around 5 pm and stay all night. Bring bug spray. Pool was warm. It was cleaned once a week by the property manager. Communication with the owner and property manager was excellent and any issues we had were addressed and fixed ASAP. Overall- great house and would def recommend! Especially during Covid cause you can stay in the backyard all day long.

This is our 5th stay in the area and one of our favorites.

Our group visits each year for Cardinal Baseball and this is the first time we’ve tried the Boca Raton area. The home had an easy system for entering. The accommodations were clean and well stocked with the necessities. Each bedroom was roomy and provided it’s own bath. And there is enough is common rooms space to spread out comfortably. Our baseball was shortened because of the Coronavirus so we spent the rest of our week taking walks in the neighborhood and lounging around the pool. The back yard pool area was what saved our trip. We enjoyed steaks on the grill, the heated pool and lounge area were perfect for our group. Boca Raton was a very nice addition as there is plenty os shopping and great restaurants in the area. The location of the place was convenient to highway 95 and a reasonable drive to Jupiter ballpark.

Wonderfull stay in a beautiful home. Great management !!

We had a lot of pleasure to stay at Villa de Boca. The House was confortable and well located . The backyard was particularly enjoyable as we spent a lot of time around the beautifull pool and outdoor kitchen. The yard is perfectly landscaped and we definitly felt on vacation. The kitchen was fully renovated with new appliance and it was a pleasure to cook in. Sheets, towels, beach towels, … where available, clean, fresh and probably new… The house is in a safe neighborhood, very conveniently located, close to most activities : beach, malls, supermarkets, access to I 95, etc. The booking and rental process went perfectly smoothly. The local manager (chris) and the owner were professional and satisfied our quirks and specificities with diligence and respect. We would recommand this property to any family looking for a place to stay in south florida as we felt that the owners took pride in offering a positive experience to their clients.

Such a great home to enjoy!

We had a delightful stay at this property. The house was immaculate, the neighborhood was safe, and close to all that you would need. The coffee maker didn’t work and the management team came by with a new one right away. I highly recommend staying here and will be back.
