Had to Punch List House for Owner's Maintenance

Over the past 5 years, we've stayed in 10 VRBOs comfortably, but maintenance at this house was lacking with a range of issues upon arrival: the smoke detector was shrilly beeping, overflowing trash, bedroom light and fan malfunction, and a cigar and cigarette filled dirty pool. The owner promptly addressed some issues but more arose, including electrical problems (9 electrical outlets not working for our electronics) The owner's team attempted to fix the problems, but it was a hassle with last-minute changes disrupting plans. One visit from electrician took place at 10 p.m. Despite efforts, maintenance was not adequately handled, causing us significant inconvenience during 5 out of the 12-day stay.
