This little efficiency is just steps from the beach in a very nice neighborhood. Denise was the perfect host— very accommodating when I asked for something. I would DEFINITELY stay here again!

great studio rental

The rental process was so easy. Host kept in contact all through the process. Place was really nice. I loved the private outdoor patio that was just for me. It came with comfy chairs, a table and a sunsetter awning to keep out of the sun and rain. The unit came with beach chairs, beach umbrella and towels. I had my own off street parking spot. I could walk easily to the beach. This is the perfect little get away spot. Will stay again on my next florida visit :)

Excellent lugar, la ubicacion a una cuadra de la playa,Playa, a restaurant al mismo tiempo sinruido.

Un lugar acogedor con un pequeno patio,garage Para un coche. Era lo que buscaba. Excelente Para Los que Montana bicicleta y Los que quieran Gozar la arena un sunrise magnificent. Definitivamente Para volver. Gracias

Excellent time

The place was clean and had everything you could need. It was just a stones throw away from a beautiful beach. The owners are so friendly and always checked with me to see if I ever needed anything. I highly recommend this place. I can’t say enough.
