Good location, well equipped, responsive team

Courtside Villas is in a good location, within walking distance of restaurants and a short drive to supermarkets and other shopping places. The place is well-equipped, making it convenient for longer stays. The management and maintenance team are responsive and a pleasure to interact with. We would stay there again if needed.

Great communication and clean location

We had a wonderful time at the villa. I was visiting Boca for a work trip and needed a space larger than a hotel room for my daughter and mother to stay. The villa had everything we needed and it was a clean space. The host was very accommodating with a late check out. We would definitely stay there again for future trips to Boca. Thank you!

Overall nice property and very responsive host. The walls are thin and the neighbors upstairs can get noisy. Otherwise a good place for the price.
