"We booked 3 days at IHG Boca for doctors appts. We left after the first night due to BED BUGS. There were roaches on the first floor common areas in the corners. Our room was on the 4th fl. The bedbugs appear at night, first in the corners of the mattress which had many sheets to hide the bugs. The desk staff could not help us with a refund. I would like a refund and am in the process of filing with Boca Health dept."

"The pool skimmer was not working and there was a lot of stuff floating in it which i brought to their attention. We watched the bartender one night who did not rinse the stuff properly between making drinks. The hotel was very accomodating for our 2 dogs and there were lots of great areas to walk around. "

"I think they need to change the name from embassy because that hotel made embassy suites look bad"

"We checked in late because we were basically just sleeping there. The room, upon arrival, was musty and smelled very stale. We were exhausted, so we just used cologne to help mask the odor and went to sleep. "

"The room was very nice and clean. However, the walls are very thin. I could hear the people next to me like they are in my room. They were talking and yelling until 4:30 in the morning. It wasn’t a good experience. "

"The pool was nice as was the tiki bar, although the pool could have been cleaned more often. One of our towels in the room had a hair on it so we had to request new ones. They really don't clean your room while you are there unless you specifically ask for something. The property is getting a little run down from what I remember last year. It seems they defer maintenance until absolutely necesssary. The look on our balcony door was barely functional and the screws holding the latch plate in plave were holding on for dear life. They were quick tp give replacement pool towels and parking passes so overall not bad. They just need to work on cleanliness and maintenance more."

"Rooms: floor had cracks in vinyl, shower had chaulking a piece of shower wall, i wont mention the hair in the towels. I would not stay without my husband. Shady people in parking lot."
