Perched above the Pacific Coast

This house sits on a bluff directly above the ocean. Sit in the living room with a 180 degree view of the ocean, hear the waves as they roll in, watch birds of prey land on a cypress tree, and deer, foxes and other wildlife forage on the hill. Occasionally, see a whale or dolphin swimming off shore. At dusk, watch the sun set as you make dinner in the fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances. Later watch the moon and stars come out as you relax to the sound of the waves.

Guest access

A five minute walk to the beach, enjoy the craggy coastline, secluded coves and miles and miles of sand. You are less than 15 minutes away from shops and restaurants, horseback riding at Chanslor Ranch and kayak/paddle board rentals in Bodega Bay. A slightly longer drive will have you in the heart of Sonoma wine country.

Wow! This view is absolutely beautiful and listening to the waves crash is heavenly! We didn’t want to leave the couch or deck. We had everything we needed for a relaxing girls weekend. Thorough instructions and homey amenities made it perfect!

We recently stayed at this property and had an amazing experience! The house was in a perfect location, looked just like the pictures, and everything worked exactly as expected. Natalie was such a wonderful and welcoming host, which made our stay even better. The only small tip I’d share for future guests is that cell service in the area can be a little spotty, so it’s a good idea to screenshot the directions ahead of time—but the instructions provided were absolutely perfect!

Place is great!

All good. Very happy. 5 starts. Wish they had some standard easy to make coffee set up with little creamers... like in most hotel rooms. Some things in pantry was not obvious to find.

Breathtaking views w/beach access walking distance

What a beautiful home with an amazing view! In spring time the sun sets right in front of your eyes. Brought a 3 and 5 year old. No direct beach access but the walk to access the beach is short and easily accessible. Not a lot of light pollution nearby so the sky is illuminated with stars. House is in great condition, well maintained, well stocked with essentials. Beds were comfortable and clean. Garage is ideal for almost anything except a full size truck. ( This is not a complaint just some insight) Not a problem for me I parked adjacent to the home . Be mindful when parking so your not block the road. Last but not least Natalie is a great host! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Amazing views, terrible sleep

The home is in an amazing location with incredible views of the ocean, however, the sleeping situation is lacking. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely hard and all the beds in the home showed significant signs of overuse with deep depressions where people lay. There were also minor issues with cleanliness as pots and pans have been left dirty and some minor filth left on the grill..

Amazing views and wonderful stay!

We love this home. We've stayed here twice within the year (different seasons) and each time we've enjoyed our stay. Short-term rentals are not always well-appointed or well thought out and you end up needing to bring most items or do without, like camping, but this home has supplies and conveniences galore. For example, my husband loves to cook and kept exclaiming, they have this and this... it made our stay that much more enjoyable. We've previously visited with friends but this stay, we brought our son (teenager) and my mother-in-law. Each person appreciated the home in their own way. And the view, AMAZING!!! Couldn't ask for a better stay.

Beautiful Beach House

The house is beautifully decorated and well-stocked with most everything you need to get started. Gorgeous view of the beach and close enough to hear the waves. They have a couple beach chairs and plenty of beach towels for guest use. Beds were comfortable, and bedding was clean. A couple windows were missing screens, and it was hot enough that we needed them open. Showers and bathroom floors could’ve been cleaner. At this price point, I expect them to be spotless. Overall, it was a lovely home, and we enjoyed it for a couple nights on our Northern California road trip.

Let’s do it again !

We loved the house from the first minute until we said goodbye. Very clean - everything we needed was there. The view of the beach was like a green screen. It was so amazing. Very comfortable for our family. Put the kids up in the loft and they had plenty of space with even better view than the first floor, love that the temperatures at the beach were cooler than those 30 minute inland so we did both usually every day. We had the beach to walk on, very medicinal. And then we had the river and Guerneville to hang out in shorts and tank tops. We plan on repeating the next year. Everybody in the family had a great time and a big part of that was the house!

Perfect Beach House

This property is in a fabulous location between Bodega Bay and Jenner. The views are spectacular and the house is equipped with everything you need to have a memorable stay. The host was extremely available and accommodating.

The view!

We had a wonderful stay, enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the sunsets! We had everything we needed! The home was upgraded and cozy at the same time. The beach was close and never with a lot of people even though it was a holiday week. Will definitely be back again!

Amazing location and view! Book it before someone else does!

This property has an amazing view and is recently updated. Very clean. Nice amenities. We were two families staying here for a long weekend. The kids slept in the loft area and the two adult couples each had a room. The beach access is a 2 minute walk from the front door of the home. Please note that it does require walking along a pathway next to Highway 1 for about 50 feet, and then through the paved entrance to the Duncan’s Landing parking lot, and then down to the beach. This was a minor setback for us because at our kids’ ages, we did not trust them to make this walk alone so we were not able to “set them free” to play on the beach while we watched from the deck, but this is a personal problem and not the fault of the property. I only bring it up for future families to be aware of. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals. BBQ and washer/dryer are very handy to have. Communication was excellent. We would definitely stay here again!!

gorgeous beach view home

my partner and I, and my parents, loved this place. the unmarred views of the beach, the rocks, the ocean are hard to beat, and the house itself was appointed wonderfully. comfortable and lovely at the same time. Natalie was so responsive and warm whenever we had a question. we felt immediately at home while also feeling like we were someplace very very special. truly lovely.

Magnificent view! Lovely house!

This house has the best ocean view of any place we have ever stayed. The house is wonderfully comfortable clean, and updated. Short walk to the beach, which was virtually deserted. Very very enjoyable stay.
