Once part of the National Trust’s Lanhydrock Estate, there are 900 acres of parkland for you to explore just under 1 mile away. Cardinham Woods is a lovely spot for walking and cycling, 3 miles away. For fun family days out, you can’t beat The Eden Project and Kidzworld Adventure Play (8 miles). Enjoy days out in Charlestown or Padstow, where there are lots of eateries to sample, or head to the beach for a day of sandcastle building or swimming at Carlyon bay or Par Sands, all within 20 miles.

Step inside this cosy, welcoming cottage with wonderful character throughout and find space to hang up your outerwear. Make the most of the country-style kitchen to cook up tasty dinners of local produce to enjoy around the dining table. The lounge is just as cosy with exposed beams, walls and deep sills with plenty of seating to gather around the wood burner to play games or watch the Smart TV. Upstairs into the eaves are vaulted ceilings and even more character. You'll find three bedrooms, two with an en-suite. The bunk room is ideal for children with a sofa bed if required, and there's an additional shower room to complete the accommodation.

Heading outside to the rear, the enclosed garden is landscaped with a patio terrace and pergola with a private hot tub, perfect to sink into after a long day. Relax on the outdoor seating with the BBQ on the go.
