We had a really lovely stay at the Woodland Retreat! The cottage has been really thoughtfully decorated and stocked with everything you need for your stay. We loved the secluded and quiet location, the cottage has beautiful views out on the valley and is close enough to the local towns. Both the North and South coast are easily accessable from the cottage and Jez and Sara have put together a whole host of recommendations for the local area. If you want to get away from it all and still be on holiday in Cornwall, then this beautiful cottage set in native woodland with apple orchard to boot, feels like a million miles from anywhere. It's only a couple of miles from Wadebridge and mere yards from the Camel Trail, with an indoor heated pool and birdsong all day long. Fabulous accommodation.

Fabulous accommodation. Very well equipped kitchen. Only slight disappointment if I’m being picky was that the EV charging point hasn’t yet been installed outside so had to use one at a neighbouring property which was ok. Would definitely recommend. Excellent location for cycle track camel trail 50yards no need to use acar once you arrive 2 miles to town of Wade bridge and about another 6 to Padstow running along side the River great
