"Everything was great"

"Room was clean and staff was friendly BUT the owner decided to rip off customers by charging to park in parking lot AND 4 dollars to use a card. That’s completely unacceptable. "

"Hotel fairly new, very clean, hallways smell clean, nice welcome gift, room clean and roomy, bed had a nice soft mattress topper, comfortable bed and soft pillows, clean bathroom, reasonable breakfast, good parking, good shopping nearby, 5 minutes from Concordia Theological Seminary. The only bad thing is there is a noisey highway right next door, but it did not bother our sleep. We will be back!"

"Construction right above my room from 7:00a until 7:00p right away. They should not be putting guests on the second floor when there is pounding on the ceiling from the third floor construction. Horrible stay. "

"The area was not great. The parking was fine, the staff was fine, the hotel smelled like old cigarettes and the bed spreads had burn holes in them. "

"This was a scary hotel. Lobby was dirty. The hallway had dog poop in it. The door to the outside didn’t secure properly. The furnace was falling apart. The bed was disgustingly gross. The jacuzzi was so old and gross. We only stayed here for 1 hour. We were scared to any longer. We had our little granddaughter with us. We did not feel safe at all. I want my full refund and I don’t know how to get it back. The office said I had to go through Expedia. I had anxiety so bad. We went and got a room at Wyndham across the street. Which cost me more money. What a horrible experience. Ruined our first vacation with our granddaughter. Please refund my money"
