「A unique experience. Staying in a treehouse was very high on the novelty scale. Expect a slight slope in the floor, and don't forget to close the windows before you go to bed as the monkeys are sneaky and will steal any fruit that you leave on the dining table. A fun night. 「Incredible views from our room at Tunnel Top, overlooking the beautiful valley and the iconic train tracks! The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. 「We arrived around 6.30pm during a crazy storm, the down pour was full on. The signs could be clearer, our driver struggled to get up the steep hill so we walked with our bags. Staff were great, had dinner in the room and cocktails, tasted great. Room was nice with great views. We would happily stay here again. 」

"I stayed two nights at the Heritance Tea Factory hotel. As soon as I arrived I was amazed by the scenery, it looks just exactly the same as the photo, surrounded by tea plantations with a great with of the mountains from afar. It is a bit of a drive from the town but it was nice to be in somewhere very peaceful and scenic. They have a lovely welcome ritual and tea. The hotel still has the engines from the factory days and they runs every night for 30 mins. It is full of stories in this hotel. Everyone is so kind, welcoming and helpful. I took the nature walk with Mohan and he is very knowledgeable and has the best photography skills! I also did the Pekoe trail with Mutu, the kindest man who showed me all about the flora and fauna, and taught me some local languages. We had the best laugh! Thank you team! "
