Adequate and overpriced

Bare minimum to be adequate. Some grungy aspects like the open unworking fan above the stove and the warped back splash in the kitchen that surely had mold behind it. Beds were pretty uncomfortable. Mainly picked it for the great yard for our dogs. That was definitely the highlight. Even the fireplace wasn’t able to be used as the gas key was missing for first half of stay. Would not say the hosts put your needs above profit.

The home was clean, it was comfortable, communication was good, response regarding a missing remote control was quick. Very satisfied with everything.

The location was perfect, and the big yard helped us with our dog. The house was very clean, and everything was as advertised. Plenty of room. All needed supplies were available. Quiet neighborhood.

Summer Rental

The property was very nice and just right for our group. The management was responsive to the issues that we found. Unfortunately, there was a very destructive party there before we checked in, and they tried to fix the damage before we came, but weren't able to get everything done in time. Unfortunately, the heat pump failed during our stay, so the house became pretty hot. The back yard with the tree was really nice to have in the hot weather.
