With 3 cozy bedrooms (2 king beds, 1 queen), a fully stocked kitchen, garage parking, and smart TVs in every room, it's the perfect base for families, couples, or professionals visiting the area.
The space
This bright home sports an open concept living space and views of the mountains out of the windows.
Our open-concept floor plan allows for conversations to flow freely from the living room and kitchen to the outdoor patio. Inside, bright tones, natural materials and modern charm await.

★ Fully equipped with Keurig & drip coffee maker (Peet’s coffee provided).
★ Baking sheets, blender, toaster, kettle, wine glasses & more.
★ LG appliances including oven, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher
BATHROOMS:
Fully stocked with all of your travel necessities: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hairdryers in both bathrooms.
FEATURES:
This is a Smart Home equipped with e-locks for self check-in, hi-speed wifi (2GB download speed), LG Smart TV's with streaming, outdoor space, and washer/dryer. Detergent, dryer sheets, and softener provided.
Other things to note
EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT:
Check-in is after 4PM. Check-out is by 11AM. Requests for early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed, and subject to additional fees.
GUEST COUNT:
Guest count must be the same as on the reservation. Children 2 years and up are considered as part of the total guest count. Most hosts set their nightly rates based on the total guest count. Instead, we set a lower base rate for up to 4 guests with an added $15/night Usage & Amenity fee (plus booking fees & taxes) for every extra guest. This allows us to accommodate smaller sized groups with affordable rates and honor our standard nightly rate for groups of 6.
FAMILY:
We are family friendly! Children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. Please note that the house is NOT childproof (ie no outlet protectors, corner protectors, etc). But infants are allowed if the guests take full responsibility for them. Please see our House Rules for more information.
Other things to note
VERIFICATION: Bookings are protected by TRUVI. After confirmation, guests must complete identity verification (takes less than a minute) before arrival. Check-in details will be shared after this step. Guests may also need to agree to House Rules or Terms & Conditions.
CHECK-IN FORM: Before check-in instructions, guests must fill out a form via our link to help coordinate our ground team.
1. NO EXTRA GUESTS: Fee of 15/night for each guest over the 4th. Do not exceed reservation count. No unauthorized visitors. Violation results in cancellation without refund.
2. TIMINGS: Check-in 4PM, Check-out 11AM. Early/late requests subject to fees/availability.
3. PETS: Strictly no pets allowed. Monitored at check-in.
4. NO SMOKING: No smoking or candles. 250 fee for violations.
5. QUIET HOURS: 10PM-7AM. No outdoor noise or music. Violation may result in cancellation.
6. MEDIA: Commercial photo/video requires prior approval and fees. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. EVENTS: No parties or weddings without written approval.
8. ACCESS: Staff/vendors allowed access for maintenance with prior notice.
9. CLEANLINESS: No glitter/confetti. Excessive mess incurs a 500 fee. Please leave home tidy.
10. WIFI: No illegal use. Speed/connectivity not guaranteed.
11. RESCHEDULING: Treated as cancellation. Requests under 14 days must cancel/rebook per policy.
12. CAMERAS: Recording devices present at front entrance only.
13. PARKING: Max 3 cars in driveway.
14. DAMAGES: Report accidents immediately. Unreported damage incurs 100 fee + replacement costs.
15. INSURANCE: Traveler’s insurance recommended for unforeseen issues.
16. CHECK-OUT: Remove trash, wash dishes, and leave tidy.
Breach of rules results in immediate cancellation without refund.
