「I enjoyed the stay in this cute apartment. It was a great location to be with my USF student for a few days. The amenities matched the description very well and Howard was a gracious host.」

「The place was nice and clean. I was expecting my security deposit back and I did not receive it cause I was charged for some towels and bed sheet that was stained $225 dollars not fair! Even tho we fixed the broken handle on the stove and our door went bad since the fridge didn't keep our food cold enough. I did not want to complain cause I really they wasn't gonna play me with my deposit but that was very unfair all of that comes off in the wash I'm sure 」

「We were there for a tour of USF, which is a 5 minute walk to campus. The space was great for three of us, though we didn’t spend much time there. The location was great for both the university and the rest of the city. If my daughter picks the school, we’ll be back」

He provided restaurant and activity recommendations and checked in with us throughout the stay to ensure that things were going well. The kitchen provided many appliances and spices galore and the rooftop deck afforded us spectacular views. Everything is a short walk away including activities and more restaurants than you can imagine. If ever...

The house itself is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you could need. Very comfortable bed, well supplied kitchen, and the surrounding decks are a nice place to relax and enjoy the scenery. A lovely, quiet retreat in the trees!」

We loved having our morning coffee on the balcony while our toddler tried to count the trees. The best personalized touch was Susan's artwork throughout. It felt like we were staying at an Aunt & Uncle's place. It felt like upscale glamping but with a full bathroom. Thank you for having us; we will be back!」

「This is a small apartment with everything anyone could want in a charming package. It is set in a lovely garden that the gracious host encourages her guests to enjoy. There is a kitchen, a good shower, a desk, comfortable chairs for relaxing and, very important, a good bed. I’m looking forward to my return.」

「The instructions were to park in a special place designed for guests. A cart port. However as we pulled into the property, a lady had already parked there and plugged her car in and quickly ran into the house. The email told us to park in that place. We knocked in the door where the lady went but no response at all. Calling or contacting the host was a failure on multiple attempts. The sign on the door said to take our shoes off, but if you do, you will end up with pet hair on your socks or bare...
