"The property was well maintained and clean. The manager was helpful. The portal to invite guests was weird, it says you could, but you couldn't. Really nice pool and beach area. The bar and restaurant were not completed and during the day you could hear construction. All in all, really nice apartment and property."

"We loved the interior design of the suite! The rooms and beds were huge! breakfast at Al Alma cafe was included and it was fantastic!"

"The OSH hotel is TOP TIER, in my opinion. The staff appear to be genuinely friendly and not just because it's their job. From check in, to checkout the staff provided A1 service, and recommendations. The hotel itself is beautiful with a ground floor pool, as well as a beautiful rooftop pool that was well lit at night, both pools have a bar. The breakfast included option offers a wide range of delicious dishes available at your request or you have the option of a light buffet. Staff members, Lizz, Natalia, Johanna, & Sebastian were AMAZING. Staff- 5⭐️ Food- 5⭐️ Convenience- 5⭐️ Area Around Hotel- 5⭐️ Rooms- 5⭐️ Overall- 5⭐️"

The staff provided exceptional customer service, always friendly, attentive, and willing to help with anything I needed. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options to choose from, and every meal felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared. My room was immaculately clean and comfortable, creating the perfect environment to relax after a day of exploring. Another highlight was the convenience of getting around—both within the resort and to the city. Transportation was easy to arrange, and the location made it simple to enjoy all that Cartagena has to offer.
